Because it's still Halloween SOMEWHERE, dammit! And I didn't want to wait another whole year to put this up. Done quick- I mean REAL quick -because last week was all sorts of seven flavors of hell. But, I just want to say, even with something as crappy as a limited edition Photoshop program, photo editing software is God's gift to those of us expirementing with different mediums.
