Because it's still Halloween SOMEWHERE, dammit! And I didn't want to wait another whole year to put this up. Done quick- I mean REAL quick -because last week was all sorts of seven flavors of hell. But, I just want to say, even with something as crappy as a limited edition Photoshop program, photo editing software is God's gift to those of us expirementing with different mediums. Especially because most of the time you can still salvage failures with them.
