I'm sure you get this alot, but I've been lurking through this journal of yours for about a week, and just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how terrificly fun your work is! ^^ I enjoy the snarky humor to no end. Your Karakura Shinigami, "Thugs" and Ikkaku/Nemu stuff is honestly just addictive. As well as your your Hitsugaya, I love him to pieces. You know, it was a pairing I hadn't considered before, but then I read it here and the pairing just clicked. Especially with the way you've characterized the two of them. ^^ (This fandom just completely rules. The sheer number of plausible -and awesome- pairings is just... whoa!)
