Summary: Of summons and summoners.
They exist, separate and conjoining, entwined with the swirl of blood and the knit of bones. It is they that prick lightly at the back of the mind, calls upon the caller to be something beyond what she already is.
Illusions, a sense of them lingers about their mistress though she keeps them locked away. They call to her and she soothes them, she calls to them and they obey. Not because she has overpowered them but because she /is/ them.
There is no part of her that they have not touched, no memory, no thought of theirs that she does not possess. They are as much a part of each other (glowing, ethereal, light unbound, cast into a mold of images) as she is a part of them.
For a creature who has existed through time, a creature that will exist beyond the moment where time no longer holds meaning, there is no end. Nor a beginning.
