Summary: More adventures of Hitsugaya in puberty land
Rangiku had a problem. It wasn’t even her problem except for the fact it had to do with her captain who, for some unknown reason, had stopped talking.
Not entirely, of course. Though he still said things in his usual short, sharp way his vocabulary had shrunk to ‘yes’, ‘no’, and ‘meh’.
The other captains- having run out of patience attempting to translate his glares (which Rangiku was well versed in) –had left it up to her to figure out.
And if he merely refused to talk, Rangiku figured she had to pull out the big guns (ah-ha) to get to the bottom of this.
“Hitsugaya-taichou, here’s the rest of the day’s reports.”
He pointed to an empty spot by his elbow and Rangiku leaned over to set them down and (because of his recent growth spurts) placed a boob on his shoulder.
The reaction was… different.
He jerked and flailed wildly. “WHATREYOUDOINGGETOFFAME!!!”
Rangiku gaped as Hitsugaya whapped a hand over his mouth.
“Um…”
He glared.
“….” Rangiku’s lips twitched.
Hitsugaya failed to warn her levelly (because the more he forced it, the less it cooperated), “Don’t you dare, Matsumoto.”
“Er, it won’t last forever?” But she lost it when her own voice cracked and Hitsugaya had to toss her cackling ass out of the office.
